Sensitivity controls how much token overlap is needed to group two keywords. Tight uses a 0.7 threshold for strict matches, Balanced uses 0.5 for everyday use, and Broad uses 0.35 when your list is small or very diverse.

Intent is inferred from keyword patterns such as buy, price, and near me for transactional, best, vs, and review for commercial, how and what for informational, and brand style queries for navigational. You can also force a specific focus.

If your keywords share few common tokens, switch the sensitivity to Broad or add a seed topic to bias the cluster root. You can also trim outliers and rerun for cleaner groupings.
